Again unlike other agencies who use the numbers approach, our aim is not to disturb your leisure, or even work time, with speculative viewings but to fully validate each potential buyer and then to carry out professional accompanied viewings with clients who are ready, willing and able to purchase your property. Clearly the greater the value of the property and it’s contents the greater the need for due diligence.
