5 Effective Steps You Can Take Before Marketing Your Property

1. The kitchen

When it comes to selling a property the kitchen is one of the most important rooms in the house. From a lick of paint, to changing door knobs and hinges, there’s plenty you can do to ensure that you get the full value for your home. If the kitchen looks beyond repair, it's worth investing in some new cupboards and accessories.

 

2. The Bathroom

Make sure that the bathroom is spotlessly clean and hygenic. Giving it a really thorough clean might be all that's needed, but you might need to replace certain things. While replacing something as major as a toilet or bath isn’t ideal, it can make all the difference when looking to sell. For a quick fix, try updating light fixtures, linens and accessories, and maybe even taps.
