FREE meals at Hilton Malta

“Like” or “Share” the post with regard to the free meal prize displayed on 77 Great Estates’ Facebook page in order to stand a chance to win one of the 8 weekly prizes.

Each prize will consist of a meal at one of Hilton’s restaurants forming part of the Hilton hotel and resort – Malta.  The prizes will consist of free meals excluding drinks for 1 person at the award winning Blue Elephant restuarnat consisting of the Royal Thai Banquet Menu,  at Bottega Del Vino including starter, main course and dessert and Saturday Mediterranean Fusion Buffet Dinner.

As from the 7^th November till the 26^th December 2012, a prize will be drawn every Wednesday at 10am.  The prizes will be drawn at “77 Great Estates”, 213, Tower Road, Sliema; feel free to attend! Prizes must be claimed this year, that is till 31^st December 2012.

Referral Commission

“77 Great Estates” is a real estate developer and estate agency based in Malta.  We  have in place co-operative agreements with other real estate agents internationally.

We welcome you to provide potential buyers for property in Malta – or elsewhere.  All we would need would be the full name, contact details & the property they require - we will do the rest! 

In order to help you identify potential buyers we are also prepared to place the appropriate brochures &/or a web-page to post on your web-site.  We will also consider other suggestions you may propose in this regard.  Only your contact details will be displayed on the advertising mentioned and in this manner you will be able to keep track of all referrals placed by you with our Firm.

You will forward their contact details to us and simultaneously you may also forward our contact details to any enquirer.

Once a sale/lease occurs through our Firm to a contact referred by you, then we will immediately inform you and we will pay you 20% of our commission (while 10% if our commission is €1,000 or less).  Our commission usually varies from 3.5% (sole agency) to 5% (open agency) of the selling price.  Therefore, on a sale of a property of €500,000, your 1^st commission may be €5,000.  Not bad for a minute’s work!

Market your properties overseas in Malta

 77 Great Estates is offering real estate developers and agencies the opportunity to market residential and commercial properties for sale or to let overseas, to potential buyers/lessees based in Malta (EU).

77 Great Estates may organise an exclusive event for 1 developer/agency on an invitation basis only.  Said developer/agency may then introduce the properties to pre-qualified potential buyers/lessees which form part of 77 Great Estates’ database.  The database includes foreigners – such as iGaming companies based in Malta - and Maltese who are interested in purchasing a holiday home overseas or firms based in Malta which would like to replicate their successful business model overseas.

All invitees will be introduced to the developer/agency.  No fee will be charged by 77 Great Estates except for a referral commission on a “no success, no fee” basis.  Alternatively, a one-time payment may be agreed upon.

All other expenses will be charged at cost price.  These include a couple of coloured box adverts which will be placed in the local media in order to ensure the best potential buyers/lessees are invited and catering if any.
